Awesome! had a revelation very similar to this 10 years ago, many were maturing in hiddenness in cellars waiting for the time to be opened. So encouraged to know its time to come out. Beautiful fragrance comes out of patience and perseverance. I like to think the aroma of a good wine is just as important as the taste!
